All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order payment confirmation (unless there is a shipping exception). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic (Aotearoa New Zealand) Flat Rate Shipping: We offer US$5 flat rate shipping domestically inside Aotearoa (excluding GST where applicable).
International DHL Express Shipping: We offer flat rate international shipping based on DHL Delivery Zones from Aotearoa New Zealand and our estimated cost of delivery to each Zone which includes most surcharges.
You are responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, tariffs, import or customs fees that may be applicable to your order, as levied by your country, national, state or local government. These fees may be charged directly to you on import or via DHL Express as part of the import process in your destination country.
In some circumstances your specific address may attract additional shipping surcharges what were not anticipated by our ordering system, and thus not added to your automatically generated invoice, as these charges are not calculated by DHL until we are ready to ship your order.
If there is a significant additional shipping surcharge (over US$5) applicable to your order or shipping address, we may place shipment of your order on hold while we contact you to discuss the additional charges.
At your discretion you will have the option to either refund your order in full, or specify an alternate shipping address, or pay an updated invoice that reflects any additional shipping charges.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from DHL which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and invoice number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes, only physical addresses that normally receive parcels via courier.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We only accept returns domestically within Aotearoa New Zealand subject to applicable consumer law up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is un-opened, unused and in its original condition. We will refund the order amount excluding all shipping costs once returned to our Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) head office.
For international orders we are not accepting any refunds, returns or exchanges at this time (once your order has been shipped out via DHL Express Courier) due to the prohibitive cost of returning items via international courier. Aotearoa New Zealand consumer law does not apply to international orders.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
